My sister has had a storage unit here since 2021. She currently is in a memory care unit in Denver. We came here to close out her unit and donate the contents. Jason was fantastic in helping us overcome the hurdles we encountered with empathy and professionalism. He's a great ambassador for you.

I highly recommend just storage at 2661 veterans memorial parkway 63303. This place is absolutely the best hands down. Both the building and grounds are well maintained. The most important point to note for me is that I know that my belongings are safe here. And I always feel secure when visiting my unit.The units are clean and it seems there's always an opening in the right size to fit my needs. The staff is professional, courteous and friendly. Amber and Kylie provide exceptional service. They take the time to really get to know the folks they rent to and pay close attention as to how they can best serve each individuals specific needs. In a highly competitive market it's the extraordinary service that sets them apart.
High above the rest. Don't let The name "just storage" fool you. It's true you will walk in as "just a renter" but before long you'll feel like family.

my unit had leaked a significant amount of water onto and into some irreplaceable belongings. the girls in the office were great! they did everything by the book were caring and understanding . they promptly got me another unit to move my stuff to, and waved some fees for all the inconvenience. Thanks

This company is so much nicer than the previous company. The previous Company was always raising my rent. I think it was extra space. Just storage is like a breath of fresh air. Especially knowing my stuff is safe and secure. Only downside is they are not 24 hrs but in all honesty I’m not at the property late at night to begin with so not to much of an issue.

It was a pleasure working with Amber & Kylee this Saturday. We cleaned up the grounds & a few units. I can tell they will have this place running smooth, tidy & communicate well with occupants. I'm sure you're in good hands storing things here! I will be if ever needed!!

Amber from just storage is a real breath of fresh air. She understood my concern and she took her time to make sure she helped me to figure it out and asked of I was satisfied. I never felt rushed and she didn't make me feel like I was being a bother. This place has 5 stars from me!

Been here for 10 plus years & have dealt w/ 3-5 different owners in that time... By far the WORST owners yet. 1st I get charged for insurance, which I paid & was SUPPOSED to be reimbursed for... Then I used to pay all my bills on the 15th of the month, not w/ this company. Now I get charged a BIG late fee for being a day late!!! Would NOT recommend this place anymore & will be looking to find another storage facility. Just sad, as it's a nice place, just poorly ran by the newest owner!
