The pharmacist who was working on 5/192025 at 9:30am was extremely rude to me and was verbally abrasive towards me. I have never had a bad experience in the past here. I hope this is not their new standard.

I was out of town needing a perscription filled and pharmacist failed to fill a perscription in the time frame that he said he would resulting in me having to do without my meds till I got back home.

What happened to my regular pharmacist and associates? I can tell there has been changes. It’s sad cut backs hurts the business. I have been going here for 3 years. I guess I will have to change pharmacies again. Which is a bummer because this was closer to home and convenient

The staff there is wonderful! I give them five stars! But shame on CVS for not staffing it. We’ve been there three times now and it was closed whenIt was supposed to be open. And today the poor pharmacist was all by herself! Crazy!

I go to CVS Cave Springs a lot. Brennane and Dawn are exceptional customer service people. I recommend you try out that location for all your meds. They will take care of you.

I’ve been coming here for over a decade. Tried a drive thru CVS down the street for a little while for convenience of not getting out of the car. The wait was always terrible and the service was even worse. But this team has always been so caring and polite and efficient. I’m in and out of Target way faster than the drive thru. Special mention to Dawn who’s been taking great care of us for years!

Went here for the first time today. They filled my prescription within the hour it was ordered, and I only noticed one person working behind the counter. It wasn't busy, but I didn't think my prescription would be filled that fast. The person working was cordial, quick, and customer service oriented. Will continue going to this location for my pharmacy needs.

I switched to this pharmacy about 2 years ago and they are amazing. They are so very helpful & they even find me discounts if a certain drug is not covered by my insurance. We have gotten our Covid and flu shots from them and they are always gentle and make sure I don't have any after effects from the injection. I will never go back to the "other" pharmacy after getting such wonderful service and great attitude from the pharmacists and staff at this location.

I had drive thru covid test done. At first I was told there was a delay of 5 days for results. Then told it could be as long as 7 days. I am now 8 1/2 days post-test with no results. I called earlier, on hold over 90 minutes then disconnected. Now on hold ("please be patient, next available representative will be with you....") for another hour. The lady who finally answered was polite, took my information and said I would have an email within 24 hours. So, if lucky, I will have results after 10 days that my coworkers got in 3 days from another site and which CVS promised in 5-7 days max. IF YOU DON'T HAVE ABILITY TO PROVIDE THE CARE, DON'T TAKE ON THE PATIENTS!!
