Stress,Stress,Stress,Stress,Stress,Stress I'm not going to go into details because I already know it's not going to matter. Most drivers are not going to talk about the stress that they feel FedEx puts on them from fear of being punished by management. I'll start by saying we have to catch everybody's mistakes in the office of FedEx, the shippers mistakes (Hazmat) and if we don't we are subject to a Critical write up that could lead to time off without paying as if somehow that's helping our families come Payday. If we're asked to work and work too many hours over we get written up because we worked too many hours over what we were supposed to work . Stress,Stress,Stress,Stress. When it comes to accidents such as dropping a trailer, pulling airlines off we charged for an accident. Drivers look at incidents like this as FedEx wants to damage your record in the event you might want to move from them and have a hard time doing so because other companies look at that as a no, no we can't use him. I can see being charged with an accident such as hitting another vehicle, destroying someone else's property, or finding out somebody was on the phone and caused an accident. After the accident now it's time to go sit in front of management who has made all these stressful rules and regulations that makes the job as a driver harder than it should be. When you talk to drivers that once worked with FedEx and are now working with someone else the first thing they day I'm not under anywhere near the stress I was under with FedEx. They all say that. I totally understand them. One said to me Willie we don't have anywhere near the claims that FedEx have because the guys on the dock are not driving the forklifts like they are going to put out a fire. He said management tells them to focus on damage free freight. I've seen our dock workers destroy some freight put it on the trailer and not try and correct the damage. Of course all of it can't be corrected but some can. I've seen them just force freight in the trailer and damage the freight already in the trailer. You go get a supervisor and show it to them they go on well they'll write it up. I just shake my head . Everybody has faults but no one gets written up like the drivers do. I haven't scratched the surface from what I've heard drivers complain about.

I was left a vm to call and set up a delivery for freight. When I call the number, it just rings and rings. What kind of customer service is that!?? Terrible. When I do get a person they transfer me to the wrong place. I don't know how they stay in business when they don't answer the phone.

I was contacted by FedEx on a Wed. to schedule a delivery on Thurs. The appointment time was to be from 11am-5pm (6hr window). At 5:30 I started calling FedEx to find out what the ETA would be for my delivery. Come to find out that the freight was in Indiana and hadn't gotten to MO yet. NO ONE bothered to even call me to say that the delivery was not going to happen on Thurs. I WAITED 6hrs for a delivery that wasn't even in the state yet. After I called, THEM. They wanted to schedule it on Friday. First of all, the package is still in Indiana and there is no guarantee that it will be here on Friday, and you want me to waste another day waiting for a (maybe) delivery. Did it even occur to "customer service" to contact me about the appointment? I'm sure you knew by 11am that my package was not going to be delivered by the appointed time. Just one 10 second phone call would have been appreciated.

I live in Jaycee Fairgrounds Village Apts1355 Fairgrounds Rd St Charles 63301Drivers do not bring packages to our apartment door. They dump them in the Apartment Bldg Mail room. This is A SENIOR AND OR DISABLED COMPLEXI AM WHEELCHAIR BOUND. My first time there and I must say omg it's really big the guard was really friendly and very helpful told me to check in by dock 18 just to let yall know got to buzzed in to get in the office really great workers and very helpful would go back anytime for delivery. Aplus
