This was my first year filing taxes as a small business and Matt was so patient as I had many questions and very little preparation for tax season. First and foremost, from the moment we spoke with Sue D she was pleasant, friendly, and wanted us to make sure we were switching companies for the right reasons. She didn't call or email 1000 times to try to sign us up as quickly as possible as most sales people sometimes do, and gave us time to discuss within our company if the switch was right for us. (tax time) Their website is fantastic as they offer not only technical documentation but video guides as well for many frequently asked questions regarding how to do tasks inside of our software. It's extremely helpful and offers a quick way to solve problems on your own and learn more about the software and they make it available for free. They care about their customers in a way I wish more companies would, and you don't feel like you're calling support when you speak with them, it feels as if you're speaking to a close friend for help. I'm honestly in shock there are no previous reviews for Conner Ash on Google because this is one of the most amazing companies I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
