Staff here are rude, argumentative, and lack all basic customer service skills. You may end up with one of the okay staff members, but my experience shows they are inept at listening to the customer and will do what they want, rather than what the customer wants. If you question them, they become dismissive and will insult you. Go anywhere else!

I was really disappointed with my experience at Great Clips. Worst haircut I’ve had in a while . I asked for a fade and she did not do it right . The stylist seemed rushed and didn't take the time to understand what I wanted. The haircut was uneven and lacked any sort of style or flair.

On a whim, I recently got my hair cut by Becca. It's the absolute BEST haircut I've gotten in the last 4 years!!! I have very fine but curly hair. She listened to how I wanted it cut, and she has made me so happy. I will be back!
Requested style: I requested a pretty short cut, cut out around my ears and layered.
Hair type: My hair was one length , just down to my shoulders.

I went here and the secret to getting a good haircut is to look at their books and pick a picture out. Otherwise they miss but not with the book pics. Great barber highly recommend

They never give you what you ask for but it's a cheap place to get a cut that doesn't look as wonky as I would make it myself. If you really want a style or something specific..just pay a little more for somewhere who is more experienced or cares more about how you look when you leave. 3 separate stylist this last time and nobody left with what they asked for.

I never wright reviews but if I can save one person from getting a haircut at this pos place it’ll all be worth it, i don’t recall his name but this was the worse haircut I’ve ever received in my life, the guy who cut my hair needs his barber licenses revoked immediately! He went way to high on my sideburns and had them uneven, cut more off then I asked and didn’t even blend my hair correctly. I should’ve known better because great clips isn’t so great but they were the only place open at the time near me and I was going out of town the next day so I had no other choice.
