Lisa, for whatever you did today. I am telling you, you're $ucks! The service is horrible, I don't even know if these upsets machines are licensed or not. No respect, don't know how to cut hair, she messed up my hair, afterward, they expect a tip!!!

The lady at the salon is rude. We walked in half an hour before the closing and she looked pissed. You guys can stop taking reservations if you guys don’t want any costumers coming in. She even yelled at my daughter which was unacceptable . We were done 15 minutes before closing. Did not seem to care to listen to what the customer wants.

The lady I had clearly did not know how to cut curly hair. I told her before hand that I had curly hair, and she saw my Lucious curls. And so I told her I just wanted 1-2 inches under my shoulders because when my hair dries it will shrink. And you know what she goes and does??? CUTS MY HAIR TO CHIN LENGTH. I was so embarrassed and I got bullied heavily. I couldn’t believe a single haircut could change my life for the worst. Glad to say I will never come here again or recommend people to come here.

I just paid 29 dollars and a 5 dollar tip to get to work and be made fun of for the most obvious patch of missed hair not cut. It's literally front and center on my head. I'll be going back tomorrow with my receipt and see what they and depending on that I'll change my post to how appropriate they were and if they fixed it. It's so obvious and im so embarrassed plus now I get to spend Saturday morning going to great clips once again. Im very upset. I felt I was being rushed so they could leave at 6 but I was there half hour before then and get a very easy haircut. So so embarrassed

horrible hair cut for my son at the Muegge Rd location. Wanted a good cut before family pictures but this will take weeks and weeks to grow back! She didn’t follow directions given to cut 1/4 inch off. His hair in the back is cut to the skin and the bangs are about 3 inches above his eyebrows! I’m very upsetService: Kids' cuts

I took my daughter for the haircut and the young lady over there was not friendly at all. She was rude and didn't know how to behave with kids. Also she didn't do a good job at cutting her hair. I regret going there

Hairstylist was quick. Not exactly what I wanted. I feel like it’s lopsided. I went right back in another stylist “fixed” it but I still have a big chunk of hair not the same as other side. Friendly staff. Will try again. Maybe I have an uneven head lol ?
