“I love a good thrifting moment, especially when I find unique pieces! This place is a hidden gem located on St. Charles Rock Rd.
From clothes, shoes, vintage toys, comic books, vinyl records, household decor and more. You are bound to find something that matches your style. Each booth/space is owned by a different vendor and they each carry something different. Prices on items were fair and reasonable.
Staff greeted me as i came through the doors, and let you have free range to browse. They were available to answer any questions you may have.
Definitely worth looking into if you are a thrifter!!”
“A family member of mine wanted a specific figurine, and I was having a hard time finding where to even buy it. I called Animeggroll and while they didn’t have that specific item in stock, they gave me several recommendations as to where I might be able to find it. Overall super helpful and nice folks.”
“The Glass Workbench has been a favorite store on Main Street Saint Charles for over 20 years. This is where I learned how to create stained glass art from, came, to foil, mosaic, and now fused glass. I learned most of these skills from the very experienced and knowledgeable instructor, Dave. He has been there ever since I've been going there and it is always a pleasure to see him. For this fused glass trinket dish class, it brought together three generations - me, my daughter, and my granddaughter. What a fun way to make those family memories!”
“This is a neat little comic shop with a great variety of board games. They also have a big stock of citadel paints. There is a smell to the store that is oddly nostalgic. It's hard to put your finger on. Perhaps others would find the smell bad, I don't know. You should check them out and maybe make them your local game shop.”
“Cool store, great selection, professional and courteous staff. I picked up a box of One Piece OP05 and OP06 on the advice of my daughter. I jokingly had the resident player touch both boxes for luck and it must have worked because I pulled a Vinsmoke Reiju alt-art leader #042. I pulled several other very nice alt-arts, SEC's etc from both boxes. Overall very satisfied with my experience there and my later experience at home ripping packs.”
“When inside it doesn’t feel like a typical Michaels. The layout is different than the ones I use in the county but they are able to get a lot of inventory in this smaller location.”
“This place is great... They had the comics I was looking for geeked out a bit the hosts there were super informative and learned about local artists in the area. This place has everything a comic book collector could want.”
“Good place for the large selection of crafts and wall decor. Not much for train set material but just about everything else you'd want.
Staff are very friendly and helpful never had anyone rude .”
“Found this place online, browsed singles inventory and thought I’d stop in to purchase or trade for the cards.
Their online inventory is different than what’s in store, but was pleasantly surprised to find a room full of value boxes (mostly 0.50, many $1-$2 value cards in) on a “dollar box” day event. Frequent Magic and Pokémon tournaments/events looks like.
Modern, well organized and clean.
I had fun and glad I stopped in and found this place.”

“Very knowledgeable and was able to repair the doll while we waited. The owner has a vast collection of vintage and international dolls in the shop. I was fascinated by her collection of unusual Asian dolls.”
“Go to shop for model railroading supplies and repairs. The owner always goes above and beyond to track down answers, parts, new items for my collection, and repairs are done right the first time.”
“One of two remaining model shops on the region. They have changed things up a bit recently. They seem to be stocking less of the armor lots I'm into personally. They are, however, stocking some of the leading edge finishing supplies most modelers seem to be using.”
