“I needed to order a hardwood to match hardwood we installed in our house several years ago. Jason was able to find the company and get an order. He was great about keeping up with the status of the order and getting it to the house. He also provided a list of different hardwood flooring installers and suggested a couple that had good feedback. We ended up hiring Tim Scott from A Step Above Flooring. Tim was quick to get us an estimate, and was on time and did a great job with the installation and clean up! All around great experience!”
“We were in town to see a movie and decided to stop here and see if they had a few things I was going to grab tomorrow at my local Lowe’s. Conveniently not only did they have what I needed, but the shopping experience was far better than that of our local Lowe’s. There were plenty of associates HAPPY to help ! MORE than enough checkouts open! A good selection, well organized store , and very clean. A lot of parking and curb side pickup. Honestly wish we lived closer as this would be my go to option for DIY projects , this stop saved me time and my sanity that I would have otherwise lost going to the Lowe’s nearby our house.”
“The biggest shout out to Les. He saw me struggling in the paint department and jumped right over to help me out (even though they were right about to close!!) As he was helping me, another customer stopped over to also thank Les for helping him out so much. So, this guy is just all around a great employee and human. We need more Les in the world!”
“Truly, I am not joking when I say that menards is one of my top reasons for living in the Midwest. At this specific one, sometimes it's a bit hard to find somebody to help you, but not unreasonably so. Also, I really appreciate that menards stays out of politics unlike home depot.”
“I was in the garden center the morning of Friday May 24th. I wish I would have gotten the name of the women who was working as cashier. She was an absolute delight. She was chatting away with customers, while answering questions, and even cheering on the young men who were helping to load up. She seriously should be the manager. What an asset.”

“Everyone is friendly, helpful, and willing to assist. Tho I went there today and the nicest worker ever had the same issue I had, and that was burn barrels! They're on the website, and it says it's at the location, but what do you know they're not. Paul helped me out by fining the next best thing to make my own. Talk about coming clutch! Give the guy a raise bc I was so happy I almost handed a $20 for the help. He turned my original four star to its new rating. ???”
“Earlier this week I woke up to every breastfeeding mom’s nightmare… a fridge going out with over 200 ounces of breastmilk inside of it!! Luckily we were able to get the milk to a deep freeze in time so that my hard work stashing extra milk wouldn’t go to waste. Then I called Kim Zimmer and she worked hard to help me find a new fridge that I would love. She made sure it got to me ASAP so I would have somewhere safe to store my sons extra milk! I definitely recommend Kim at Autco for all of your appliance needs!!”
“I came in for multiple items. I asked several people for help as i was walking around trying to find everything. Most of what i needed was in stock and i was able to substitute something similar for everything else. Everyone i talked to was friendly and helpful, but the person that helped me the most was cashier Beatrice. She was extremely helpful in setting me up with the credit card which saved me money. She was efficient and pleasant and kind. I had commented how hot i was getting and she bought forward her fan to direct it on me as i waited to finish. Her thoughtfulness was greatly appreciated. “Purchased all new cabinets for my kitchen. I had the best experience due to Donna "kitchen designer"! She was so patient and knowledgeable. We got to see the design on the computer as we put it together. She is thorough. I recommend Donna for anyone to have this done efficiently.”
“2 associates in the lumber section -- Tyler and Aaron -- went above and beyond helping me pick up some fence pickets today.
That said, one of the supervisors decided to interrupt them helping me to complain to one of them about how they're doing their job. It was a really disrespectful conversation and doing so in front of a customer makes it even worse. It was weird and I felt bad for the associates.”

Well my fridge went out and not only did you bring it the next day, but the delivery company, called “rocket delivery LLC”, provided service that was unbelievably efficient , and the driver, Sway Cruz, was the epitome of “professional”.
