I was on the hunt for the perfect luxury vinyl plank flooring and feeling a bit overwhelmed with all the options, but Mani stepped in and made the process an absolute breeze. He took the time to really listen to what I was envisioning, guiding me toward a clean gray-brown color that turned out to be the perfect fit for my space. The unit looks stunning now, and it’s all because of his expertise and patience. Mani’s attention to detail, genuine care, and willingness to go above and beyond truly made a difference, I felt so supported every step of the way. “We were in town to see a movie and decided to stop here and see if they had a few things I was going to grab tomorrow at my local Lowe’s. Conveniently not only did they have what I needed, but the shopping experience was far better than that of our local Lowe’s. There were plenty of associates HAPPY to help ! MORE than enough checkouts open! A good selection, well organized store , and very clean. A lot of parking and curb side pickup. Honestly wish we lived closer as this would be my go to option for DIY projects , this stop saved me time and my sanity that I would have otherwise lost going to the Lowe’s nearby our house.”
“I needed to order a hardwood to match hardwood we installed in our house several years ago. Jason was able to find the company and get an order. He was great about keeping up with the status of the order and getting it to the house. He also provided a list of different hardwood flooring installers and suggested a couple that had good feedback. We ended up hiring Tim Scott from A Step Above Flooring. Tim was quick to get us an estimate, and was on time and did a great job with the installation and clean up! All around great experience!”
“Truly, I am not joking when I say that menards is one of my top reasons for living in the Midwest. At this specific one, sometimes it's a bit hard to find somebody to help you, but not unreasonably so. Also, I really appreciate that menards stays out of politics unlike home depot.”

“I was in the garden center the morning of Friday May 24th. I wish I would have gotten the name of the women who was working as cashier. She was an absolute delight. She was chatting away with customers, while answering questions, and even cheering on the young men who were helping to load up. She seriously should be the manager. What an asset.”
“Everyone is friendly, helpful, and willing to assist. Tho I went there today and the nicest worker ever had the same issue I had, and that was burn barrels! They're on the website, and it says it's at the location, but what do you know they're not. Paul helped me out by fining the next best thing to make my own. Talk about coming clutch! Give the guy a raise bc I was so happy I almost handed a $20 for the help. He turned my original four star to its new rating. ???”
“I came in for multiple items. I asked several people for help as i was walking around trying to find everything. Most of what i needed was in stock and i was able to substitute something similar for everything else. Everyone i talked to was friendly and helpful, but the person that helped me the most was cashier Beatrice. She was extremely helpful in setting me up with the credit card which saved me money. She was efficient and pleasant and kind. I had commented how hot i was getting and she bought forward her fan to direct it on me as i waited to finish. Her thoughtfulness was greatly appreciated. Well my fridge went out and not only did you bring it the next day, but the delivery company, called “rocket delivery LLC”, provided service that was unbelievably efficient , and the driver, Sway Cruz, was the epitome of “professional”.

“We went in with high hopes and could not have been happier with our experience! We bring dogs here regularly to work through distractions, and the staff is always so pleasant and sweet. When we needed a new appliance, we decided to check out our options locally. Ahmad made the process absolutely simple and seamless. He was so helpful and had us in and out, all while being thorough and above board, in 30 minutes. He made sure we had the right local company for installation and even called me around 7 PM to let me know the movers don’t uninstall items, so they would remove the haul-away charge (and did so in less than 24 hours). He assured us that the local installers would take care of that for us, and they did without issue! We got a great price, excellent service, easy and fast installation, and it was the process I was hoping for.
We ordered on the 6th, had delivery on the 9th, and install on the 10th.
Once that was complete, we returned to buy a new microwave and toilet where we were offered help loading up our purchases.
Home Depot, keep it up! Thankful to have them in town.”
