This place is the best! I have gotten in many situations where I’ve needed to get my car in right away and they ALWAYS take care of me. Everything feels so personalized and like they really care. I am a hospice nurse and drive me car all day, and they always make sure I’m taken care of. Amazing prices too! I tell everyone to go here.

This shop is a joke. They tell lies to unwitting female customers in order to price gouge them
on services. This is the receipt for what they charged for JUST THE HOUSING portion of a 2012 honda civic ignition lock cylinder assembly ... $325. Not including labor, the cylinder that goes inside, or anything else, $325 for just the outside housing . It's $20 from most online websites for the ENTIRE ASSEMBLY which includes the housing. Even at autozone you can get the entire assembly for $60 at most.
Do better. And stop lying about other businesses quality of service just to drum up business your reputation obviously can't provide on its own.

I called today and they fit me right in for safety and emissions testing. My dog and I had an excellent experience! The team was professional, efficient, and super friendly. Everyone made me feel welcomed, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I’m happy to say I passed, and I’ll be using this shop for future services. Highly recommend! 😉

I called and was able to get an emissions inspection appointment for the next day at 9am. The next day, I got in and out in 15 minutes and got my inspection for my car titling. Excellent and speedy service!!

Amazing service! They had my tire fixed in under an hour and on short notice. I walked in with an emergency flat and was out in 30 minutes. I can’t thank them enough for saving the day!

We have been going to kar Tech for 25 years and when Matt bought the shop from Randy, we decided we wanted to continue to go and give the new owner an unbiased new beginning for our family. Matt has been extremely honest with his estimates; his work has been thorough. My daughter, who is just starting out on her own, got a 300% more quote on a transmission issue from another car shop then Matt was able to fix for a third of the price. I cannot express to you enough to give this new owner an opportunity for all of your car needs. He is personable and listens to what your needs are

My family has been going to Randy for 20 plus years. He has been a one of a kind. Ever since the Matt has taken over it’s been nothing but the best. As an adult now, we unfortunately took our car to a different place (closer to home), which quoted us over 3,000 dollars. Called Matt, told him we desperately needed him to look at our car and give us a second opinion. Not only did he charge us less than a third of the cost, he got it done in less than 72 hours AND fixed a part free of charge the other place had broke. I can not recommend Kar Tech enough. Thank you for severing our family and all of our car needs the past 20+ years. We are very grateful.

Have had two repairs now with Kar Tech, and in both cases I have been treated exceptionally well with respect and integrity. In one case my bill was reduced from the original estimate when part of the disassembly ended up not being required. In a second case the original problem was honestly misdiagnosed, but they honored the original estimate even though the proper repair was a higher cost. This is an uncommon level of integrity in the service industry as a whole let alone car repair. Kar Tech now has all of my business.

I had been taking my cars to Randy and Kar Tech for a number of years. When Randy retired and passed on the business, it was bit of a surprise. Well, I had a battery go dead on me twice in the last week. Luckily, the second time, I got a jump and took it immediately to Kar Tech! Matt threw a battery monitor on it and had a new battery in the car within hours! I can’t recommend Kar Texh enough! Great people, great service!

Worst place to take your car! Kept our car for 2 weeks and kept promising it would be done. They told us we would get a discount because of that and then when it came down to it they refuse to give us a discount and tried to say they replaced other parts and didn’t charge us. Also they were suppose to fix our tire pressure sensor and never did that. One of the worst experiences we have ever had with a car shop! Miss the old owner Randy he was very trustworthy!
