“I came in yesterday as a vendor in left as a customer for life. I went to customer service as I was trying to purchase a hoodie and they were long lines that I would've been waiting in it for at least an hour and I only had one item.She was more than happy to check me out so I didn't have to wait in a long line but I didn't have my card she was very patient and asked me if I had the scan and go app which I did not and she proceeded to walk me through the process of setting it up and it is such a convenient app! I'm obsessed and think it's so neat! I love that she was so patient willing to walk me through the process did not rush me and it did not seem like it was a burden to her outstanding customer service”
