“I was in here earlier this week trying to settle a few issues. After getting the run around on the phone with AT&T for over 3 hours on 2 separate occasions, I was beyond aggravated. Thankfully Brittany (who I think was a manager) helped us out. She was very professional and calm. She went above and beyond to explain AT&T's process and resolved every issue we had right there in the store. She continued on helping setup accounts on AT&T's FirstNet network! I highly recommend this store because of her!”

“I wanted to switch from an AT&T post pay plan back to something that was more affordable and also get a different iPhone. I spotted MJ Communications while picking up some Chinese food next door (great, clean tasting food from Emperor China BTW) on my lunch break. After I got off work, I stopped in to MJ Communications and was surprised to see that I had already known these great people from when I worked at the mall, they used to run the best phone repair kiosk there. I love the new store, great layout and selection! Top notch customer service all the way around as well. I had a great time reminiscing and talking about old times while all of my phone needs were properly cared for and the prices were unbeatable! “I don't even know where to begin. I live in Tangier, Morocco. I keep my Verizon service bc I have other people on my account. For some reason, when I travel back to the united states in back to morocco I lose the ability to receive phone calls. The last time this happened, a verizon case manager was able to rectify the situation in a couple of weeks. This time it has been a month and a 1. I have been unable to reach a live person to help me. I can call out. Out of desperation, I decided to reach out to the local Verizon. Store the way I bought my phone and there. I found the store manager, Jeff Cineus. He has literally been a lifesaver, and my only connection to anyone with a pulse at verizon. I have been detached from all people able to call me from the united states. He has gone above and beyond. Spending hours on hold with me. Spending hours on threeway, conversations, just so I can speak to someone at verizon. All while still trying to do his job in the store. Words cannot explain how grateful I am to Jeff. I don't know what you do for people who go above and beyond. But whatever it is, you need to multiply it by a thousand and do it for Jeff. My phone is still not working and jeff.Just got back from vacation and has already been in contact with me to see if i'm okay. Do something for this man. When he went on vacation, I literally cried because I knew that I was not going to have anyone able to help me. Thank you, Jeff. 🙏”

“I bought a new phone on Amazon, went to a store in San Francisco, and they inserted an incompatible simcard. I didn't discover this problem until I was in St. Peters. This store replaced the simcard for free - with no trouble whatsoever - and made sure my days-long-ordeal attempting to activate my new phone would prove a success. I am very grateful for their help.”
