CRAP! Nothing is safe here. If you have something on this lot then you don't want to keep it. Move it or it's gone. They stole my 2020, Jay Co, 21' trailer off this lot. useless security, They've lost over $200k in property, 3 trailers in one week & I watched as my trailer was hooked up & driven off. S*** lot.

Curious RV parking lot adjacent to a sports turf company, which is where the office is. Helpful staff. Loses 1 star due to poor lighting and minimal camera surveillance. No pull thru parking - an issue for a newbie like me, but non issue for seasoned RVers. Located on a surprisingly busy back road in St Charles parallel to SH370.

People in office are friendly and it was super easy to get a space for our travel trailer. They have 24 hour gated access via pin pad.
