Love that they help you out if you keep in contact with them like if you're going to be late paying just talk to them they are normally understanding i paid my car off a year and a half before contract was supposed to be up they also helped with getting us 4 new tires

I've done business with PRTO for the past 7 years and have always received excellent service. The program is great, and terms are fair. Jimmy was informative and fast with the contract paperwork. I am a happy and loyal customer!

Office staff do not have good customer service, very rude nonchalant and simply just does not care. My car ran hot March 31st and have been at their shop since then. I’ve been calling the office Chloe hangs up and or cuts the conversation off while I am talking. Been waiting on an update didn’t get an update until last week, Jimmy stated the car “should be ready Friday of this week” I called today to get another update just to make sure the car will be ready on Friday. I called and asked for Jimmy specifically Chloe ask for my first and last name and ask if there was anything that she can help me with and I said no I want to speak with Jimmy. Before I could complete the sentence she put me on hold. Jimmy gets on the phone and basically says he doesn’t know if the car will be ready Friday but that’s what he was told. I have been without a car for 2 weeks or more and it has been an inconvenience on my life and they simply do not care.

Had my car for over 2 years now, and can say now you won't regret it. They are understanding and help out as much as they can! Literally better then any other dealership, and I went to a few and none of them offer the perks Planet Rent To Own does! Love going to Mr. J's to have the car checked and oil changes. They really help you out when it comes to getting you what you need and getting you out.

I was in a bind and really needed a car so I came to PRTO to get one. The process was pretty quick and easy and I was in a nice car that same day! I’ve been in the same car for almost 2 years now and have had no issues with the business. My car has needed a couple repairs but it’s not that bad because you can have your repair payments deferred so that has helped a lot. I’ve never had an issue with Mr Jay’s or the friendly people at PRTO. They’ve always treated me fairly and have been very nice and gracious, probably more than I’ve deserved. Yes, you will get your car turned off but that usually only happens if you’re past your car payment due date but they do give you a 5 day grace period which has been very helpful. I’m so thankful for all the help they have given me! There’s nothing negative for me to say. I highly recommend PRTO!
