Branch Manager Marco Lee was great! He helped me reset my pin and activated my debit card at the ATM. The branch has a newcomer who gave me a wonderful greeting. Thank you Haley for your warming customer service. Jada is always friendly, I love visiting the st Charles location.

They are very attentive, I come in here every week to cash my check. The tellers work very hard. Banker Marco Lee is exceptional. I recommend this location to all my coworkers. They make you feel like family. Great services and products

Personal bank of Marco Lee helped me open my business account and we worked very hard to get the job done. He was assisted by Kris Dailey. Haven’t seen this branch with this much energy in a while, definitely going in the right direction.

I had an issue with Hyundai Capital saying they never received my car payment that was successfully processed from my account through Hmf (Hyundai Motor Finance).. I called Hyundai customer service at least 6 times to resolve the issue to no avail..I went to First Mid Bank & Trust to get a bank statement and spoke with Marco Lee. He was very understanding and got my bank statements printed. He even gave me his email incase I had any further issue's with hyundai.. I added him to the email with hyundai.. and he didn't hesitate at all to chime in .... moral of the story. My hyundai account now shows the payment that was successfully processed and they took off the late fees that shouldn't have been there in the first place. Thank you for the help Marco. I really appreciate it.

Taycee is without a doubt the finest example of customer service I have encountered in my 58 years. She is a breath of fresh air that reminds me of better times, I only wish she could work everywhere I have to go. I'm sure she's not paid enough, and if anyone has the money to give out raises it's a bank.

Since the bank was bought out and became First Mid customer service really lacks, all new people can't even keep them and have too many changeovers very slow. Not polite. Was with this bank for years but once changeover will never bank here again would not recommend whatsoever
