I had a situation and it ended up being a minor issue. Even after I acted out and said mean things, the property remained professional. In addition to that, Marie (district manager) is an amazing person/manager. Thank you for keeping our items safe.

I don't regret my decision to switch my stuff in storage to this location. The manager here is even more helpful than the last one, and they just re-paved the streets in the compound. Nice place.

For over a month and a half I complained about my storage unit lock hole malfunctioning. Nothing was ever done to fix it. Then contractors began working around the storage unit and made me feel extremely unsafe and uncomfortable, speaking to me inappropriately. So not only could I not properly lock my unit, now people also knew exactly which unit was mine.
No one was ever in the office to address this or offer a solution. Based on the implied warranty of habitability and constructive eviction, I moved out. I officially scheduled my move-out on August 1, 2025. However, your team did not process it until August 4, 2025, and is now attempting to charge me for the entire month.
Today I called and was first told that nothing could be done. Eventually Valerie (a manager offered a $25 credit, which is a slap in the face considering the circumstances. She had no regard for the situation at hand.
Especially when the exact same unit is now listed and available for rent at full price.
This company has clearly breached good faith and shown no regard for its customers. I will absolutely be escalating this issue to the highest capacity allowed by law and making sure others are aware of how I have been treated.
