Exceptional Service from Jack Schellenger at Pundmann Ford!
My wife and I recently purchased a brand new Ford Expedition from Pundmann Ford, and our experience couldn’t have been better, thanks entirely to our sales rep, Jack Schellenger.
We originally planned to buy a used Expedition, but after doing some research, we realized that purchasing a new one was going to be a better option for us. So, we decided to visit Pundmann Ford to check out their lineup of new Expeditions.
From the moment we walked in, Jack greeted us warmly and immediately made us feel comfortable. He was very easy to talk to and answered all of our questions.
As anyone who has bought a new car knows, the process can take some time, but Jack and the rest of the Pundmann team made every minute of it enjoyable. Jack was professional, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with our purchase. We were especially impressed with how much time he spent with us, showing us how to make the most of all of the features our new car had to offer.
We left that day not only with a beautiful new Expedition, but also with total confidence that we made the right choice, both in vehicle and dealership. We’re writing this review specifically because of the outstanding experience Jack provided. If you’re in the market for a new Ford, we can’t recommend Jack Schellenger and the team at Pundmann Ford highly enough!

The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole process simple and stress-free. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. I've dealt with MULTIPLE dealers in my life and rarely step foot inside of them while buying hundreds of cars over the years. When I asked about delivering, they flat out said no...wouldn't even let me pay for it. Who wants to go to a dealership and sit for hours. Taking my business elsewhere.

Absolute worst service department experience I’ve ever had. Called several months ago to schedule an appointment for recall work and have my third row seat fixed. Right out of the gate it turned in to a disaster… From the first appointment and scope getting messed up to the fact I had to bring my car in a total of 3 separate times over 6 full days across 2 months, and then receive a bill for hundreds more than I was told on two separate occasions, I could not have envisioned a worse experience…. And the car isn’t even fully fixed yet 2+ months in to this ordeal… when I went to go pick it up after the second visit I was told all was fixed and ready, when in reality they didn’t even do the third row seat repair and never ordered the parts!!! So I had to bring it in a THIRD time… then, as I went to go inspect the third row seat repairs after picking it up when the work was finally supposed to be done after the third 2 day stint, a plastic cover popped off and I find out they didn’t even get to finish one of the recalls because they didn’t have the part in- even though I was told several times “all parts are in let’s get your vehicle back in to finish up before both the second and third times leaving my car with them. Deceptive and misleading, ignorant, and completely dismissive service department. The cherry on top being the final bill price I paid was hundreds more than I was quoted over the phone. Would never bring my car here ever again or trust them with anything.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Their practices seem questionable, starting with a bait-and-switch tactic. I strongly advise against using their services, especially if you need a diesel fuel pump replacement under warranty. According to the service advisor, Ford charged Pundman back for a $13,000 repair during an audit, and they assured me this situation would not occur again. Consider yourself warned.
