I had a really good experience here at Pundmann Ford. My salesman Ethan did a fantastic job at making everything easy and was very helpful as well as everyone else there. They weren’t pushy at all, patient and super friendly. I would definitely go back!

Had oil leaking from our 2020 Explorer months after Pundmann had changed the oil. I was instructed not to drive it and the soonest they could get it in would be 3 weeks. Called another Ford Dealer in the area and was able to get it within a week. They had found that the oil cap was missing which was causing the oil leak. Unfortunately this took a couple hours and a bill of $194. Dale the service manager at Pundmann Ford had determined it wasn't their fault and refused to pay for their failure even though they were the last to touch the vehicle.

We bought a 2020 Explorer from Wil Mozee and the experience was great. Very quick, upfront and easy process. Loren Stevens did our finance paper work and he was also fantastic to work with. Such a smooth process. Highly recommend Pundmann Ford Dealership.

Since 2009 when I bought my Ford Focus brand new I have had Pundman Ford and Quick Lane service it. They have always been courteous and returned the car in good running condition. I am so thankful to them for their professionalism and excellent work ethics. I would recommend Quick Lane to anyone who needs car work done.

My back window stop working and was stuck down. I went to another Ford Dealership closer to my house who put plastic on it and said the earliest we can get to you in is Sept 22nd (it was Aug 29th) So I called Pundman Ford service where I purchased the truck and the gentleman on phone immediatly after telling him my issue said bring your truck in at 7am tomorrow. So I did just that and he called me at 9:53am telling me he had my truck fixed. Thank you Pudman Ford service for doing what you said and taking care of me in a pinch. I will only come to you now for all my servce even if its a longer drive.

Yesterday my family and I had a terrible experience at Pundmann Ford. We drove nearly 5 hours to look at a specific car (which they were aware of beforehand) just to find out they wouldn't budge a single penny off the asking price. Not sure if they had a personal problem with me or what but in all my years I've never seen a car lot so unwilling to work out any type of deal. This was after they offered me such an insulting offer on my trade-in. So this is your warning. Be prepared NOT to make any kind of deal.

We had a great experience with Pundmann Ford in ordering and purchasing our Ford Maverick. Our salesman was Jacob Cooper. He did an excellent job at communicating with us patiently for over a year (time for questions before our order and about 11 months after the order while we waited on the truck to come in). The pricing was up front. We paid the price we were quoted originally and signed on for, even when the sticker showed differently when it arrived. The gentleman who worked in finance was also really friendly and no-pressure. He presented the additional warranties but didn’t pressure us to purchase them.

I had my car brought in with transmission issues. I got a call a week later saying it will be a full transmission replacement for $7,800, which I declined. The next day I got a call saying they looked at it again and they may be able to fix it and not replace it for $5,000 with a 1 or 2 month turnaround. Since they lost all credibility for telling the truth, I declined again. Now they want $400 for the diagnostic. DO NOT bring your car here!!

I bought a used Ford Fusion from Pundmann Ford at a very reasonable price three years ago and it's been treating me well ever since. The sales staff was friendly, accommodating, and patient. I plan to return to Pundmann whenever my family needs its next car.

I had my oil change appointment for over 2 weeks then the day of the service it was cancelled without a call. I have tried twice to call and reschedule. Only to be told by two different people that the time I called 4:30 and 1:30 were bad times to call the service department just got hit with calls. It's disappointing that you are not even able to schedule a basic oil change online or via phone. After reading reviews it makes sense.

I would like to recognize the Service Manager, Dale Brown. My experience began in May when I hadsome warranty work done on my Ford F150. There was some early frustration with timeframes ofcompletion, however I was scheduled and the work completed. A few hours after leaving the dealershipI had an almost catastrophic incident while driving my vehicle to work. This was due to an error in theservice department. I would like to commend the service department and Dale Brown for immediatelytaking care of the issues with my F150 and going above and beyond to make things right. This showedintegrity and amazing customer service. I am very satisfied with the service that was provided to me andI intend to continue to use them for any future needs I may have in regards to my vehicle. Thank you again Dale.

Paid $100 for an oil change and tire rotation, as expected. My advisor was nice and everything was timely. My only problem is that I specifically asked the advisor to make a note on my repair order to have my full size spare tire (Bronco) put into rotation, which wasn't done. Now after spending $100 and an hour at the dealership, I get to crawl around on the ground and do it myself.

Tim Pundmann and the team at Pundmann Motor Company made my new vehicle buying experience seamless. I can not thank them enough for how well the treated me and how easy they made the whole experience. I traveled out of state to use Pundmann Motor Company and I would do it again.

I previously gave a 5 star review a few years back when I purchased a car from Pundmann. We have that same vehicle in their service department going on 2 months and have been given the run around and spotty, at BEST, communication on the matter. I reached out to the location manager on Wednesday of last week to get some resolution. I was told I would get a call back on Thursday and did not receive one. The repair is covered under the power train warranty and there has been zero movement on the repair for WEEKS. They even told me that the part can be here in 3 business days once they order it….but they have not even ordered it yet. I still have not been compensated with a rental or a loaner vehicle, despite my husband purchasing ANOTHER vehicle from Pundmann just last week. We should have closed a deal with Sunset. Buyer beware.
