I can't say enough positive things about my experince with R&R Remodeling. From tearing down/disposing of an old cedar deck that had a jacquzi built into it to building a really beautiful quality deck...every step of the way was first class! I really appreciated their attention to detail and their communication throughout the whole process was A+, especially from Bobbie. I highly recommend them!

Just completed our third project with R&R. Sunroom and deck in 2014, addition to deck in 2018, pergola this week. Could not be happier with this company. I found contractors that were charging less and contractors that were charging more for the project I was looking to have done. R&R fell somewhere in between. But, the finished product turned out to be second to none. While I consider a new deck to be a major investment, I feel that I could have paid more and still felt good about it. Their quality of craftsmanship and attention to detail is superior to anything I have seen. I couldn't be more pleased and would choose them, with confidence, for any future project. I have no hesitation in encouraging others to do the same.

I hope their craftsmanship is better than their ability to drive. I was forced to follow one of their company trucks (they would not exit the passing lane), while simultaneously getting hit by little rocks that were thrown up from the median due to the drivers inability to stay between their lines. I have a lovely chip in the middle of my windshield because of this. I hope this driver makes it wherever they're off too safely, and quickly for the sake of the other drivers around them.

R&R installed our deck in 2017. They did an excellent job. On time. Good quality. This year I noticed one of the posts was installed directly on the ground, instead of on top of cement like all the others. I called them, and they took almost no time to come out and resolve the issue. When I originally was looking for a deck installer I got 5 bids. R & R was right in the middle. After checking their reviews I decided to go with them. I’m glad I did. I Highly recommend them.

We had a large deck built by R&R remodeling, and could not be happier!! The quality is exceptional. The deck is absolutely beautiful. We waited a long time to build, making sure we knew what we wanted, researching builders and products etc etc. R&R is top notch. From Josh, who consulted and designed with us, to Rob and Sam who did the carpentry work to build the deck....we have just been delighted!! They are easy to work with, informative, professional, and competitive pricing. Rob does outstanding work. He is knowledgeable, informative and an amazing carpenter!!They showed up on time, were courteous and respectful of our property. Cleaned up each day, took great care to not cause damage to the yard, retaining wall or house. The job is professional and very structurally sound. We are absolutely thrilled with the finished product.Josh has been extremely helpful with information about the structural build of the deck, the material, the process and design, as well as, helping to answer questions about the care and staining of the deck after the project was finished. He is responsive and always willing to help, and that is much appreciated!Robyn is also very helpful and responds to questions or concerns right away.Thank you R&R for making a large project seem effortless, and for supporting us before, during, and after the build!! Can't say enough about you guys!!

Very honest and helpful salesman. Came out and looked at what we had and listened to what we thought we wanted. After inspecting and measuring our current deck he gave us a price for what we thought we wanted but politely told us we didn’t need to spend that much money. He made several suggestions and took the time to answer several other questions knowing we probably weren’t going to be moving forward with the project. The last few years honesty and integrity seem to be missing in almost all service industry. Thanks for an honest opinion and advise.

We pondered for years what kind of deck (materials, size, color, etc.) we should add onto the house. After many consultations and hearing sales pitch after sales pitch, we finally met up with R&R Remodeling at the STL Home Show. We sat and talked with Josh (on two different occasions) for hours. What was different about this consultation was the willingness to learn about us as a client and not what the company was pushing to sell. He listened and took the time inform us of the pros and cons of the different options and styles they had available so that we were getting the exact product that we were expecting.Once we settled on a design, we worked with Chuck and Tyler. They were very prompt, courteous, and professional. The yard was picked up and 'cleaned' after every day. Moreover, their craftsmanship and attention to detail (just like Josh with his design) was second to none.It's almost been a year since the deck was installed and we are just as happy the results today as we were the first day it was complete! If you are looking for a company that is out to provide a great service as well as product, you can't go wrong with R&R Remodeling; they treat you like family and are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure the experience was memorable and one you'd tell your friends and family about.Much appreciated to Josh, Chuck, and every one at R&R!

After meeting with several deck companies, we selected R&R Remodeling because of their willingness to LISTEN to the customer's needs. The other companies we interviewed, tried to sell us something based on their needs (timing, products, vendor commitments, size constraints, location, etc.) R&R’s design process was 100% stress free, our Sales Rep. Josh was beyond patient with us, and was always willing to work around our after-hours schedule. We never experienced any up-selling or used car salesman bait-and-switch higher pressure tactics. Being able to visit their local Wentzville showroom also made our final decision easier, seeing and touching the actual products, not just a small sample.As for quality of work, R&R employs the best carpenters, I call them artists. Chuck and his team were phenomenal, always on time, and took the time to explain what they were doing each day and why. For our deck cover, we were fortunate to work with Dave, another true craftsman. These guys worked in the dead of winter, around the clock on our deck and cover. Snow, ice, rain, single digit wind chills, only the sun setting could stop them. Our foreman Terry was always responsive, willing to take calls and texts day and night. In our subdivision we had to work around HOA guidelines, and Terry helped us remain compliant. Thanks guys!Hands down, you will find that R&R is also the most affordable in terms of all-in pricing (materials, labor, insurance, electrical work, permitting, etc.) …completely stress-free process, they handle everything. Don’t waste your time meeting with competitors, it will just eat into your lead time once you hire R&R.
