This store has been ran horribly I believe they take meat and repackage it but can't be sure we bought some hamburgers and the Patty's are starting to black on the corners, we bought this a week ago stored right in the freezer, never had this happened with any meat. Also the lady who checked us out was rude as can be yelling at other coworkers saying I don't have the time or in the mood for this and became even more rude along the check out process. Customer service counter short older lady is so rude and shouldn't be even in customer service with the way she talks as well. Me and my family spend 100s of dollars at this establishment we will be taking our business somewhere else.

It's very welcoming grocery store been going to schnucks for over 30 years and they have not disappointed me yet.

Store is always clean. Employees are very friendly and helpful and always keeping the shelf stock. Absolutely love this store.

Go to deli department to get some deli meat and 1 item I wanted was on sale. I was told they were out of it but that they would have it tomorrow. Well tomorrow it won’t be on sale. Then two deli people were using 1 meat slicer. 1 of the ladies said the others were down. Leave from that area finally and go to the seafood area. No one was there so I ring the meat department bell. Young guy comes out, I ask is anyone working seafood and he says yes but he’s on break. He then checks the system and says he’ll be back in 15, 20 minutes. I say that’s ok I’ll go to another Schnucks and he says ok. Never said how can he help me. When I go to the harvester Schnucks if the seafood guy isn’t there the meat department people have helped me. Zumbehl had really fallen off since I first moved out this way in 2016. I won’t be returning

Angie in the deli department was awesome she took my order over the phone and it was hot and ready on time.
