Jackman's hours are not good for people who work normal jobs as they close at 4:00 through the week. I had to take off of work early to get over there just to find out they no longer have their home decor fabric room (I haven't been there in several years and found out they got rid of that years ago). Jackmans is where I always went when I can't find any decent fabric in St Charles County and I could always find exactly what I wanted. Sadly not anymore. I had hoped to support this local business but looks like I'll have to go online.

The units we have rented are always swept and clean. We stored a vehicle here and had no reservations about the safety of the vehicle. We also found the rates to be very competitive and with the size of unit we rented the price was actually more affordable than other units. We will continue to rent here as we need to.

The space was perfect for our short term storage need, and our items stayed safe and dry. Excellent Local Storage Facility.

Well storage units a fine. Getting a hold of the owner or personal to rent or turn in your unit is another. Plus they prorated my stay going in. But would prorate and refund my leaving. Said I paid thru the more. So even though I was out of the unit in the 21st, he made me pay by not refunding me till the 31st of the month. Ripped me off for 59 bucks.

The owner called me back twice after hours to answer my questions. He gave me a great deal when I had to switch to a bigger unit. Very responsive and clean units. Highly recommend!

This storage facility was clean and well-maintained. The manager seemed professional and courteous and was very accommodating with our unique storage requirements. He answered his phone, or returned our messages quickly, every time we needed to contact him. The conclusion of our contract was hassle-free and proceeded exactly as discussed in advance. I plan to rent from Self Storage Solutions LLC again in the event of any future, local storage needs.

Reasonable rates! I have rented several units here over the past 3 years. Every unit has been exceptionally clean. The owner is helpful, friendly and courteous. I highly recommend Self Storage Solutions if you are looking for a storage unit. Gary
