Checked in on the app like any other time. Was the only person in the waiting room when I checked in. Board showed on deck and people who showed up after me and had wait times were selected to go ahead of me. After cancelling the appointment called and asked what happened, was told that I should have something and it would have been corrected. Waiting over 75 minutes for a haircut and that was the response. Was a great shop until this experience. Also offered nothing for shop's mistake. Will not be going back.

4th time this happened. I reserved a spot online. And I come in and someone else getting a haircut so I gotta wait. What's the whole point of reserve a spot when you give up the spot to the 1st available person.

Terrible job this time. The first 2 were ok, not great, but ok for what he needed. Today was awful. Cut way too much off, she had an attitude the whole time, and didn't listen. DO NOT USE MELANIE.

My wife and I BOTH went to this SportClips in St Charles ... our barber was Claire and she was awesome!! Fast, efficient & the haircut was great (we both got high fades!), we got a hairwash as well and the price was great! First timers get the hairwash for free! Ask for Claire she's super great! Thanks Claire! We'll see you soon!!
