Ashley was The manager at the St Charles location and was extremely great to work with. She not only returned my phone calls promptly when I was calling to inquire, but was Great to work with when I became a customer as well. I have never rented a unit before and she was very patient, thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and was just an all-around great experience for my company and I can tell she's a great asset for the company as well. I spent a lot of time calling around a different storage areas because I needed something with 24-hour access due to my third shift schedule. I didn't come across this place the first few times I was really looking then out of nowhere I came across it and I worked with this wonderful lady named Ashley. She was very informative friendly and I was extremely impressed with her professionalism. The unit is so fun very happy with and I hope to just keep my storage unit with these guys and not have to worry about ever moving. I highly recommend these guys

Super helpful here,i was put in a unit just larger then what I needed,so iv got room to move around,as I asked for. Access the unit at times that work for me, Ashley made everything easy for me, even the use of their moving truck & supplies

I shopped ahead online and found what I liked. When I called, Ashley was able to quickly confirm and get my unit ready for me. After arriving onsite she was very helpful and quickly got me setup and access to my unit.

Clarence was awesome! Great customer service. Answered all my questions. Showed me all of my options. Helped me when I was having trouble with my gate code. Would recommend him and storage masters to anyone needing storage.

Super bad customer service. Small place, crowded, nowhere to park. Complete opposite to the one on Big Bend and Sulfur Spring rd (that one is 👍)
