I recently visited this place for the first time and purchased a Mazda 3 hatchback for my mother.The owner, Mike and his wonderful staff was very friendly and helpful with my needs. They even helped me with a replacement battery after I purchased the vehicle, and I have confidence in them and their honest trustworthy service that they provide to others.

I bought a 2005 toyota camry xle from them back in 2021 at 136000 miles. It has run great ever since, honestly one the best cars I ever had. It currently has 187000 miles and still running strong

They sold me a car with the thermostat broke. Told me that they're going to cover half of the expense and then forgot about the agreement. Worse car dealership ever. The owner and the salesman are a scammer. REPEAT. DON'T BUY

I was browsing online and came through a toyota camry they have for sale. It doesn't have any accident reported on carfax, but when i visited their store and saw the car in person, it was clearly involved in a crash. The front bumper was not aligned right, the fender has orange peal all over the paint job. I told the lady standing on their front porch that there is damage on the car that was not shown in the pictures and I am not interested. She says, the tabs on the bumper always go bad and then mumbled “you are not going to buy anything anyway”. I just said thank you and left. It was the most unprofessional business meet i ever encountered.I visited a lot of small used car dealerships who buy these cars from auctions and flip them, but never came across such unethical business people before. I feel she needs some customer service training before meeting customers.Update/my reply to the owner’s response:Instead of defending yourself/bashing bad reviews, you can try improving your customer service. Maybe that will help grow this small business into a much bigger one? Its been 30 years as you said.Yes, i reviewed a lot of businesses and my reviews are based on what my experience was when I visited. I am not just leaving 1 starts everywhere. I left more 4 and 5 star reviews than 1,2 and 3.Here in America, exercising the rights the correct way is important and I am doing it the right way. Thats what the right education system teaches us. If there are accidents on the car, why did the lady on the porch just say, the tabs always break as they age? Because i do not look like an American, you thought i wouldn’t know and thats why you are trying to tell me about the “American” rights?Also, if you had invited me inside, I would have happily stepped inside. I asked what the mileage is on the accord you guys have and for that, you know what reply I got? “Everything is on the label on the window”. If I were in such a business where communication is the key, my reply to that would be “let me check” and I would have checked it for the customer. I would have definitely invited the customer inside on such a hot day to discuss more options and other available cars when I said I did not like the camry.I have no relation with you guys in the past, I just reviewed what I felt visiting your store when google asked me to review it.Good luck with your business.
