“Yes overall I’m happy with the service. My car drives like new. Although I got maintenance done brakes and tires no major repairs. I just spent more money they expected. But I’m pleased with the outcome. The shop lobby was very impressive it smelled so nice every visit there. That made it inviting lol.”

“Took my car in for an alignment after replacing a few suspension components, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Not only did they get my steering wheel perfectly centered, but they also showed me the before-and-after results and addressed all my concerns with respect. They didn’t just brush me off because I had aftermarket adjustable parts, either. And to top it off, they even cleaned the inside of my car! When I asked why, they said it was because a tech had been inside, and they didn’t want to leave any dust or dirt behind. Great attention to detail!”
“They were able to take the vehicle in same day & offered to assist me in getting a rental vehicle.
They originally told me that the repairs would take two weeks, but they called a week and a half later to let me know the vehicle was all finished up.
When I arrived, the vehicle was freshly washed & the repairs looked phenomenal. It looks brand new again. They went above and beyond from beginning to end, and I will certainly be sending anyone I can their way!

“I had a need for a hitch install on my sedan (Buick Verano) to haul some lawn equipment on a cargo carrier. I had to book my appointment about a week and a half out but well worth the wait. Cost was under $300 with install since I did not need the wiring harness (not yet at least) which included all the hardware. Management is running things smoothly and well here. Just know beforehand, that their employees are working out details for trailer rentals, truck rentals, etc be patient in line and just wait your turn. When it’s your turn they’ll help you. Their hitch install tech is a skilled gentleman who can turn the wrenches quickly, at least that’s how it worked out for me, under 45 minutes. No problems so far and I’ve cut about 5 lawns in the first week with my cargo carrier on as I just do the mowing on the side. Staff is friendly and helpful. Just don’t be rude as a customer and wait your turn, it’ll all be cool!! 5 stars!!”
“We used Gateway for a major project we had at my company. It was on very short notice and a large ask. Towed a 15k forklift to southern Missouri and back in the same day. They absolutely nailed it. “It can be hard to find an honest mechanic these days, but these guys are the best of the best. Doug and Dan really know what they are doing and they have always treated me fairly. I went to them for over 16 years for my car repair needs (until I recently moved) and they never let me down. Their office manager, Rene'e, is also super friendly.
