Horrendous service, paid $110 for standard ground fragile shipping delivering in state. The associate was rude accused me of lying and was wispering to colleagues clearly about me while I was leaving. He claimed two tiny brackets were not on the scale so they would not be wrapped with bubble wrap. They were 1000% on there but he was being super aggressive and rude. He said he can wrap them but for more money.

I have integrity and character so I did put them on scale. For him to accuse me of lying and say it’s going to cost more is terrible customer service. He also stated at me for 5-8 seconds not saying anything with a (I’m going to punch you look).
Unacceptable.

The employee was very nice. But I am disappointed that he talked me into going with USPS and paying a little more, ensuring me that it would get there quicker than UPS. He was wrong. I will stick with sending my stuff UPS!

I had to use a medical device that was ordered by my physician. When I was finished with it, I was to return it back to the company. (The company had provided me with a return envelope and a UPS prepaid sticker so that I could send it back to them.)
I went to the UPS store with my package in order to return the device. I was able to park right outside the entrance. When I went into the UPS store, there was no waiting. A young man waited on me immediately. I explained what I was doing and he asked if I had printed the return label myself. I told him that it had been sent to me in order to return a medical device. He scanned my package into his system. And he immediately gave me a receipt indicating that I had placed it in his possession. The entire transaction took less than 5 minutes.
This was my first time going to a UPS store (as my husband usually takes care of any shipping that we need to do). I was very happy that I did not have to wait, that the counter that I had to transact my business was very close to the front entrance, that I was able to park close to the door, and that the employee knew exactly what it was that I was trying to do.
