Phill is the real MVP!! I came in feeling super stressed, but thanks to his amazing service, I left with a big smile and a perfectly packed box. He was fast, friendly, and genuinely charming. Phill definitely deserves a raise! I’ll absolutely be coming back because of him. Highly recommend!

That was the best experience I’ve ever had at a UPS store! Eric helped me with what I needed and was so polite and friendly. Dave took my phone call earlier in the day and was extremely polite and answered all my questions! I will definitely be back!!!

I go to this UPS store multiple times a week to ship out packages for the company I work for, and they are always super friendly and helpful! I’m always in and out super quickly, even when there’s a line. Love this spot!

I arrived at store #3039 @Dierbergs on Mid Rivers Mall Dr in St Charles with several packages and no idea what I was doing. One package. I didn't even have a label and it had to be printed and it needed a box, another package had a QR code, and I was shipping another package but I didn't have a box. All I had was the thing I was shipping and an address. I met Dave at the counter and he was so friendly. He greeted me with a smile and asked how I was doing. He went above and beyond to help me. He was kind and patient. I was ready for a person who is irritated and mean, but Dave made the experience so wonderful and actually enjoyable. I can't say enough words of praise about Dave and the rest of the staff in the store!!! I was so apprehensive and just ready for a terrible experience and I really had a great time so thank you Dave and the rest of the staff for a rather joyful experience returning my items and shipping my other item. I was very pleased and pleasantly surprised!!

I usually use this location for my Amazon returns because the staff was friendly and very helpful. They would scan my label on my phone, take the item in the package it was received in and give me a receipt. No charges. Today, a very condescending associate informed me that there was a charge for the label and an appropriate box. He said I was wrong that they never charged me before. I didn't imagine it. The Amazon page says UPS will provide label and packaging for free returns . I will not be using this location again.
