Typically Government Ran Garbage! Long lines, and the only day the premises looked good was the day it was built. The landscaping and grounds look absolutely atrocious. In fact there's not much in St Charles that looks worse than this dump. 1 Star is 1 too many.

I sent a package last week ( 4 stuffed bread) the customer live 2 hours from here and took 1 week to arrive. Today the customer sent us a video and found a NAIL . You guys are TRASH which means you guys OPENED my box when you DO NOT SUPPOSE TO DO THAT. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TRASH

Found this post office along my travel route about 20 minutes before closing to mail a package. There was a long line, but the employees worked diligently and efficiently. Very pleased with the prompt and kind service.📮 Thank you!

I bought a gift card and birthday card there for my sister who was in Arizona.. the black lady there stole it and never sent it out.. my sister was sad because I told her to be expecting her bday card, she has passed and never received her mail!
I went back to ask what happened to my mail but was told just to make a claim! Never saw that lady there till this day. So sad! I won’t trust anyone there with my mail ever!

I had a last minute passport mishap. I was able to walk in without an appointment on Monday between 10-1. Kevin was super helpful throughout the process and was able to help me expedite my request. I was very thankful he was kind and didn’t add more stress to the situation.

Paid $100 for next day air for a very important package, and it got to this location and they said “no delivery location access”. I live in charlestowne with 95% of houses finished and we have received packages from everyone else for months, yet USPS claims we cannot receive anything due to being an under 80% finished neighborhood. But whatever we’ll go pick up the package from the post office, right? Nope, they shipped it all the way back to Texas next day air for who knows why. I’m out of an important package and $100. Try to avoid if possible

Had a great experience here with passport renewal. It was a smooth process after I made the appointment. I followed their instructions on forms and documents that were required. The entire process with the agent took about 10 minutes. I got my passport within 5 weeks.

Literally the worst customer service I have ever received. The clerk was rude and unhelpful. Then the supervisor refused to come speak to me.

Made the mistake Of sharing that with staff when they asked about the odd shape assuming it was a surf board. The package never updated it stills says That this specific location is in possession of it it has been over two weeks the woman I spoke to was an overweight black woman with an attitude I’ve called up there multiple times no one has tried to help the situation. I hope they all burn in hell

this is hands down the worst post office in the area. after using the self service kiosk and printing my own labels i asked someone at the counter if there was a good spot to set large packages, because at every single other location they have a spot where you can set them, instead the clerk goes “i guess you can hand it over” and i was like “okay, there’s usually a spot?? i just thought i’d ask” and a different employee chimes in and goes “what are you shipping, is that what you’re trying to send” and starts lecturing me about my package. they have no clue whether i have anything left to do, or whether or not i was even ready to leave the package, but after that the entire post office including a 2nd clerk chimes in to continue berating me for my package. i have NEVER had an experience like that before, and have no clue why it was anyone’s business what my package looked like or how i planned to send it, and instigated by an employee is even worse. so if you have anxiety or even if you don’t feel like being called out and spoken to with absolutely zero kindness in front of the entire post office i wouldn’t recommend going here. lol. all because i hadn’t taped it up yet….
