Worst post office. Most time I go for 3 to 4 days a week I do not get any mail delivered to my place. Other times do not pick up mail I put out. Pkg delivery I have been here 7 years on side of house. Can not find . delivery to wrong place . Need to learn to read. But they just do not care. Not all of them .sick of this. So mail in box sets 4 days before pick up. Neighbors say same thing. So have to go to post office to mail my mail. Awful ???

Worst customer service I’ve ever had from a post office. Refused to give me the free supplies they had and told me I had to order them. I needed them to send off for that day.

Our mailman at Lago Vista Apartments (Michael) is the best! Our residents love him! He takes his job seriously and we appreciate his attention to the details. He is friendly and a great communicator. Best mailman in St. Charles County!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I have been up here 3 times and each time it is one of the worst experiences I have encountered. No help at all, if you ask ANY question you are treated terribly. The cashier is the rudest person I have met in a very long time. If you hate your job so much why are you there!?!? Or put someone with a little customer service up front. Not someone who hates their life and job. If you need something to get anywhere on time, go to UPS or fed ex…or hell, even if it’s going to Texas you will be better serveddriving it there yourself. I would even bet the envelope that was mailed out goes “missing”. That’s the kind of people that you have working here

99% of delivery's missing and un accounted for but per usps delivered, no less than 95% of my mail similar to spam and does not have my address anywhere but cannot be removed or refused... would love to know what the kick backs the heads of this org is making

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. My mailbox was knocked down and my neighbor shared video footage from her Ring Doorbell security camera that shows my mailbox standing upright in one frame and then down in another frame right when the mail carrier drove off. I called this local branch and talked to a ‘customer service supervisor’ and I was IMMEDIATELY met with blatant disregard and disrespect. ‘She’ said that the carrier happened to be there when I called and when she asked them about the incident, he told her that when he arrived at my mailbox, it was already knocked down and that he spend 15-20 minutes trying to fix my mailbox before giving up and leaving. What I don’t understand is IF this person spent 20 minutes trying to fix my mailbox, why didn’t they just knock on my door or leave me a note or something? Seems odd to me for one to spend 20 minutes fixing something if they didn’t cause the problem in the first place. Nothing adds up here. I’m not making any allegations but I’m trying to figure out what in the hell happened. For context, my mailbox is one year old, it’s black cast iron and has white paint marks on it and the lid is severely dented as if a mirror or something scraped it and then it fell over. The same person I talked to at the branch actually called me the next day and said that “they will no longer investigate this matter and that it will be closed on their end.” In addition, the same person said “… we don’t just hand out money for free to people who make false claims and we are not responsible for this.” Nobody even said anything about money regarding this matter… and there never was an investigation in the first place. The idiots aren’t going to even look at the mail truck to see if there’s black markings on it.. nothing. Anyway, I’ve escalated this matter to a higher level. It’s a complete waste of time talking to whomever the incompetent idiotic people are that work at this branch.

The employees here specially Amy and Christy are ABSOLUTELY horrible people. They are extremely rude and clearly is there to receive a check and that’s it. Their not helpful nor knowledgeable on anything regarding their police’s nor or they willing to help.I have been waiting for 4 weeks now for one of their staff to come and do their job. Every week they have been canceling due to shortage of employees. I’ve told them numerous of times I’ve been waiting for my son’s mediation but of course they do not care.

Zero stars if I could. The older African American lady that does the passports was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will never ever go to this location again. She spoke to loud, too fast, and had an attitude.

Do not come here or get your mail delivered here if possible because the workers will NOT go look for your mail. All of my packages do not make it to my house forcing me to go to the post office EVERYTIME I NEED ANYTHING IVE ORDERED for them to then be gone for not even 5 mins and tell me they’ve spoken to my specific postal worker that “delivers” my mail and I didn’t have any packages OR tells me they should be delivered and are not in my mailbox or on my porch. I have come in here asking for them to look to see if I have any packages and question me like I’m not really there trying to get my packages or that I “should be getting everything in my mailbox.” So annoying to deal with and I’m going to be switching to a different post office. Always wasting my time.

THEY ARE LAZY. I have 6 packages & they would only scan 3. I spend hundreds weekly shipping packaged. I will only use UPS from here on out

Latonya Thomas is very unprofessional and defensive. This is my second time speaking with her and both interactions were the same. She was very rude and condescending; she defended every concern I had. There was no effort to resolve the matter. She also just transferred me to someone else (who was much more pleasant and helpful)…but Latonya is very rude.

Perfect example of why we should do away with USPS. ZERO customer service skills, stereotypical gov't workers, lazy & unprofessional, entitled. Arrived in the middle of the 15 minute passport appointment and it was like the guy was thrilled that he could find an excuse NOT to help us. We were the only customers in the building! Another bloated gov't agency that should be eliminated!
