A slip was left on my door for a missed delivery on a day I was at home. I never heard a knock and my doorbell camera doesn't show anyone coming to the door, so they must have just reached around the corner of the building and slapped the tag on the door. I went to pick up my package this morning since the slip says the PO is open 8-5 Monday-Friday, but I showed up only to find the hours are wrong on their own slips.

I dread anytime I have to deal with this office.
I struggle to understand what series of events, laws and government rules have led to the situation that exists at this post office. It's so bad, it's surreal.
I mean, i just have a question or need some routine post office thing done and I am yelled at or made to feel like a moron. What did I do to deserve this? What is going on, that it is normal for people to behave this poorly? Is the management so malignant their behavior trickled down to the people behind the desk? Or is the management so impotent they can't actually manage their employees?
If the employees receive bonuses for excelling at rude behavior or providing bad advice, they must be well compensated! It would explain a lot!
No other post office I have visited exhibits these behaviors to me. Why does it happen here?
Honestly, it hurts to think about this place.

Had to wait 20min. past opening time for someone to show up and open business. We actually called to tell them- there were about 10 of us outside waiting for them to open. They lose my mail frequently. Delivery driver does not regularly deliver mail that needs to be signed for, and when I have to go pick it up, it usually cannot be found. I hate that they don't care. UPS cares, way more friendly, and does not lose my packages, and DELIVERS ON TIME.

This is my go to USPS branch. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Can’t say the same for the grumpy customers I encounter on each visit!

The clerks are always helpful and friendly. They definitely don't get enough credit for the hard work they do here. They may not have all the amenities available at larger locations, but as a local post office it's well stocked. Expect to be in and out within 10 mins, there's usually a few folks in line. Have some patience and cut these folks some slack.

I ship packages frequently. For convenience and the sake of time, I could place them in the drop off bins but prefer to stand in line (if there is one), have them scanned, and receive a tracking receipt. I usually get checked out by Breanna aka Bre, who is an absolute pleasure. She provides great customer service and is always incredibly helpful.

I checked my ID from two days ago as I haven’t received a letter yet to date I have not received it! I called the po talked to Christian and asked him to get in touch with the carrier he then proceeded to tell me the mail isn’t sorted there but downtown which I already knew! He told me he still had to explain to me that it wasn’t their fault! Too funny! I just want my letter! He wanted to explain this to me but he failed to give his name as answering the phone! Funny how important things are left out but you want to put the blame on the plant for my mail piece! How horrible! This company has mailed out twice before and I never get it I’m clearly looking at the informed delivery item on my phone! Ver sad!

Easy to find and clean.Was picking up a lost package. Christian J. couldn't be nicer. He called me about my lost shipment and allowed me to come pick it up.I realize that postal work can be a thankless job so please be nice to your local carriers and people who work inside the office.

I’ve had to make several trips to this Post Office because the person who delivers our mail do not attempt to get out of their vehicle to deliver mail that needs signatures. This has happened five times. Those delivery had tracking so I stayed home to receive them but no one rings the bell. They just leave a note in the mail box saying there was no one home which is a lie. This is lazy. But when I do come here to pick up my delivery, I always gets stuck with the lady who does not seem to know what she is doing as she takes quite a bit of time to work the computer. I’ve also addressed why I’m there but they have not done anything about it.

horrible shipping prices and shipping delays. Probably easier to deliver packages on ur own than use USPS

Not sure about the qualms of the other reviewers but I was given help promptly with my package and the ladies behind the counter were kind and friendly!

Only time a letter sent priority has been lost was through this facility.What's the point of a tracking number if you don't bother to scan it in.4 days after it was supposed to be delivered all they could tell me was it was "somewhere" but no one knows where. Since it's Priority and not Express, they don't guarantee delivery, so tough luck I guess.It wasn't even going that far. Just a PO Box in St Louis. How do you lose an envelope that's just going across the river?
