Wish I read the reviews before we stepped into the store.. went to look at couches and the salesman was super pushy. He started showing us some options, then I mentioned that we wanted to look around and would let him know if we needed anything. His response, "the store is slow so I will still walk around with you." Felt very uncomfortable and pressured to purchase things we weren't even interested in. I asked again nicely if we could just browse, and he still followed us. Not worth our time for overpriced sectionals and desperate pushy salesmen.

Spent thousands of dollars and two months later I am still waiting for a phone call to schedule a motor replacement of the defective couch that was delivered.From day one I have been disappointed with the staff and the utter lack of communication from this location!

We had some issues with our hot tub. Brittany T not only helped us through this process, she was great with communicating & helping us getting this resolved. I would highly recommend Watsons to anyone looking!

I have been a customer since at least 2012. We purchased a pool and had it installed. There was a hole in the liner which they patched the first year. Although I wasn't happy about having a patch in a brand new pool, we agreed to let it ride. It has not leaked at all. We have replaced the pump motor twice. The first was under warranty and was replaced at no charge. The second was within the last two years and was caused by our own negligence. They no longer make the same pump so we purchased a direct replacement which they had in stock at a reasonable price. We had to replace the liner this year after at least ten years. The liner we received was the exact same liner and it was in stock. Any parts we have ever needed to replace have been ordered and we have received.

Mackenzie in Customer Service from the St Charles Mo store is phenomenal. She goes above and beyond to help with your problems. So many people in customer service have an attitude and make you feel like you are a bother. Mackenzie went out into the floor to find my hot tub to find the exact part I needed. She is a huge asset. I literally feel like stealing her for my office. Exceptional !!! I apologize if I’m spelling the name wrong

Evan Hansberry was our sales rep, and he was excellent. He looked up several items for us to see if they were in stock and check prices. He also helped my husband convince me that we needed to buy an air hockey table. I walked in to Watsons looking for bar stools. I had no intention of allowing my husband to get an air hockey table but Evan’s great personality and great customer service skills really helped convince me that it was something we could do. He is definitely an asset to Watsons. We will definitely come back because of his excellent service and great personality.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! They sell inferior products, they’ll install your purchase and then refuse to even OFFER repair service to replace the defects under warranty….i.e. the pool wall rusted through in just 5 years and they will give us the pool wall, NEXT YEAR, but that’s it… we have to figure out how to replace the pool wall , below grade where Watsons installed it, plus the rusty pool wall ripped the liner which conveniently, only they sell…criminals from the start. It’s the equivalent of “warranting” a car’s transmission but not offering anyone to install the new one!

The staff was helpful and courteous as always. They had all the chemicals I needed for my pool & spa and after a quick checkout, they assisted me in getting everything to the car, loaded the heavy boxes, and thanked me once again for shopping at Watson’s. I love this store.

These folks are the Best! Rob Caudillo has been there since 2008 when we bought our first hot tub from him & now we've just bought our second 1, these folks don't pressure you or harass or rush you! If you're going to buy a hot tub trust us buy 1 from Rob!

****revision****Todd at Watsons reached out and we worked it out to make this 5 star. Thanks Todd!I purchased an arcade collections arcade by putting $500 down. I came in the next day and paid the balance but was told I couldn’t take it because the warehouse was sick, no problem.Today I get a call saying I didn’t buy what I came to pick up even though I told them on the phone and got help in the store with the exact item.Their employee posted a bunch of things on Facebook marketplace and listed this at $1599 (screen shot photo not upload able). I was informed that they would not sell it to me at that price because they didn’t authorize the post. How am I supposed to know that they didn’t allow it? I have purchased a pool table from this company with plans to spend much more on the matching shuffleboard. You definitely lost a customer today and a former advocate of Watsons. They could have easily made up their loss somewhere else and kept me as a customerI work in sales too and my company would have made this right because at the end of the day it’s the company’s reputation on the line.

I called and Joshua was the most helpful, pleasant associate I've worked with at this Watson's location. He pulled an order for us, I paid, and it was ready when my daughter went to pick it up.My daughter, on the other hand, said when she got to Watson's to pick up the order, she asked an "Older guy" her words about our order. She said the older guy pointed her to the register. My daughter went to the register. There was no one there and when a younger person came up, not the Joshua that I had spoke with on the phone, was rude, not at all helpful, and my daughter had to find our order herself.I told my daughter I was surprised, because whenever I have worked with Joshua, I've never had an issue. Apparently Watson's needs to have more employees like Joshua. He did a phenomenal job and I appreciate it his help!

Sent the wrong stuff and took many phone calls to figure out when the right stuff was coming. Every time we called nobody knew what we were talking about so there were no notes of our situation. Big pain. We did finally receive the right thing and if it wouldn't of disappointed our kids we would of canceled our order. I just recommend making notes so customers don't have to talk to 3 people and tell them the same thing every time.

I would recommend that people who have the knowledge of products for the pool be readily available. Teach others about pool issues. Why should I have to walk all over the store to find someone to assist me.Otherwise, I really love the store. I also attended a class that was fantastic. Since I bought my pool during Covid, there were no classes. I do better in a classroom setting than online.Plus, send more coupons. That helps out a lot!
