Always love this place even more now that I just came back they have made huge improvements they knocked down a wall and put more equipment up and the price is comparable to Planet Fitness so that makes it even better and same no contract and the owner of the place is Awesome

I came home on leave from the military. A friend recommended the gym and I will never go to another one in the area. This is one of the cleanest gyms I’ve been to in a long time! All of the equipment was working and there was a perfect amount of machines to hit every muscle group.
