My daughter’s elbow was dislocated twice at this facility, my 1 year old son was given Tylenol without my consent, and my breastmilk was given to the wrong child twice.

First off the Other Reviews that are One Star are All True!! What I know about this Facility will blow your mind! First things first.. a few weeks ago I was talked to with so much disrespect by the Supervisors and the Owner. The Owner is rude, and makes you feel so belittled and has so much disrespect for anyone. Will not listen to you. Then always turns it around in their favor even though they know it’s not. Then I find out that staff member had given a 4 month old baby THE WRONG BREAST MILK, and nothing was done about that situation. They have went through 15+ employees in little over a year and a half!! INSANE!! And a I would be careful who’s signing the paychecks!!! Anyways I would not take my Children or Nieces and Nephews here Let alone WORK at these Facilities.

If I could give zero stars, I would!! Although they are reportedly state accredited, Kids Village is a sad excuse of a daycare. The staff are poorly trained and the administration is rude and unwilling to listen to valid concerns. My child went to Kid's Village for a total of nine months and during that time I had to have countless conversations with the staff and assistant director regarding my concerns. I had called every other daycare in the area and was placed on their wait lists. While I felt like my hands were tied and I had no other options, I was trying to wait it out at Kid's Village until I could get my child placed somewhere else. Two hotline calls were eventually the last straw. When I attempted to voice my concerns to the owner/director she was very condescending and belittled my concerns. She voiced that I was "overreacting." For example, I explained that I felt that it was inappropriate for my child to be lifted over the facility's fence by staff, ripping my child's pants in the process, and allowing her to enter a staff's vehicle to retrieve staff's personal belongings. I also felt uncomfortable with my child becoming completely naked in front of other children. I was not informed that this was their policy when changing clothes was required; not to mention that there was no supervision when the children were changing. When I voiced concerns regarding my child being bullied by other children for her physical development (after being naked in front of others), the director said my "mind was in a dirty place." I was providing the director with direct quotes from my child. I was completely offended that she insinuated that my thoughts were indecent. When I continued to press her for answers and requested a change of policy, she told me that my child was no longer welcome and that what goes on at her facility was "no longer any of my business." The owner/director then left me a voicemail degrading my integrity and stated that she was "very sorry that my child was in my custody." I am completely appalled by how my concerns were handled and I would NEVER recommend this daycare to anyone.
