We've been seeing Jennifer Karnes at H&R Block for the past 4-5 years now and have ALWAYS had a wonderful experience with her! I procrastinated until the 14th this year but I was able to get a 10am appointment with a very personable young lady. I received good news after I was dreading to have to pay in, I was excited to receive the news of my biggest refund in several years! I'll be back next year & this time I'll file as soon as I can!
