1100 N Jefferson St, St JamesI can’t even put into words how incredible our experience at Sybills was. I was actually left speechless. But not speechless enough to leave a 13 page senior thesis of a review. You drive up to this place and you think holy freaking crap what a beautiful, old timey, breathtaking building (if I would have prepared better I would have arrived earlier to drop a couple hundo in the gift shop). Anyway, enough with the funny business and down to the good stuff. The bread service is actually top tier. Whatever oil and herb dip they provide to dip the bread in should be considered a drug it was so addicting. I decided to order the mezcal Negroni and holy crap I’m still dreaming about that drink (I’m a Negroni girl but as soon as mezcal is involved … let’s just say I’m not going to turn down a good time). Now down to business, I got the chicken and prosciutto pasta. I have literally, never in my life, swear on everything (and im well traveled) have ever put something in my mouth that tasted like that. My taste buds were having a Quinceanera. It melted in my mouth. It came with a side, so I got the beet and goat cheese salad which was another home run. My boyfriend and brother in law got the ribeye special that came with steamed broccoli and mashed potatoes. They both licked their plate clean (and I’m not kidding). My boyfriend liked his ribeye so much he didn’t even care about my pasta, which says something. We were about to get the tab, then they bring out the dessert menu. I was so full, I wasn’t going to order anything. Then my dad orders the carrot cake. Oh. My. Gosh. It was literally like the Easter bunny made it himself. An absolute delight. Our server was outstanding. I’m kicking myself that I can’t remember his name but I’m 99% sure it’s Kory. Tall guy with a beard. He was so punctual and educated when it came to everything Sybill related, you can tell that he is treated right. Anyway, best dinner I’ve had in years. We will be returning every time we’re in the area and I will recommend Sybill’s to everyone I’ve ever met. I love you guys! Cheers to you.

540 State Rte B, St JamesThe ambiance is so gentle and romantic. We could not have chosen a better place to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The worker at the counter was so sweet and helpful. We tried all the wines you could think, pinks, reds, whites, fruits, dessert wine. My husband that isn't a wine drinker even found the kind of wine he actually enjoys while there. We ended up going home with 3 bottles of the chatwa (I believe). It was not to sweet, not too dry one of the most smooth pinks I've ever had. Thank you for an unforgettable experience and we cant wait to be back time and time again!

The Gardens
501 State Rte B, Saint JamesWe stopped by on our way through town on a road trip. The food and drinks were great. The kids liked their grilled cheese and jr. smash burger and my husband and I enjoyed the Nashville Hot chicken sandwich and the Pub Bành M. We sat in the garden and enjoyed live music. Definitely recommend!
