They changed my credit card for a damaged part they were unable to produce(their tech notified me of the damage via personal phone call). Then attempted to give me a damaged part after 2+ hours of drive time to pickup part without warning of damage, Put a 3 day hold on my credit card, refused cash refund. Cost to order new mopar part online $300.00 cost for used part here $360.00. It’s my personal option that is a bad buisness practice and will take my business elsewhere.

Bought a used rear axle for a shop to install and it was a rusted out boat anchor was junk from the word go. Shop installed it. If i saw it I wouldn't installed it. But has vibration. I was told to take it in and pay some other shop to diagnose the issue at this point I was 2 weeks away from the 90 day warranty goin out. No shop would touch it that soon. So now my 5800 dollar axle needs full rebuild bc it was probably a core to begin with. Still out the truck.

Michelle Neustaedter absolutely killed it for me on my interior swap on my 2011 f350 build for sema! I was looking for a very hard to find part for my old F-350. St. James auto recyclers had this part listed. I contacted Steven Harshbarger, he confirmed that it was what it was, and it was shipped the next day. It was the correct, hard to find part, and now my window works again!

St James parts has some of the best customer service when it comes down to buying parts. I contacted Luis López through Facebook and by far it was as simple and fast communication as it could be. He’s bilingual and does not hesitate to give more info. Good prices and even better service.
