About St. James Senior Center
Based on the reviews, St. James Senior Center is a very clean place with a friendly atmosphere. It is a one-stop resource open to all ages, offering high energy, many activities, and programs for education, socialization, recreation, and health and wellness. The food is delicious and amazing, with home cooked meals available Monday through Friday from 11-1 starting at $6 on a sliding scale. The monthly birthday luncheon has good food and nice entertainment. Some lunch dates with neighbors are the best here. The staff works hard. However, the ice machine was removed, and there are concerns about a rent increase that may affect attendance at retreats.

This is a great place for area senior citizens to gather. It's been a while since I had the chance to have lunch there, but the food was excellent!

Some of the best lunch dates I've had with my neighbors are here in the St James Senior center. I'm equally pleased to provide some entertainment (vocals) whenever needed. I applaud the staff for all the hard work. Also the food is delicious!

My neighbors and I always try to attend the monthly birthday luncheon. The food is good and the entertainment is nice. They have a lot of good activities for seniors.
