Turo was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very entertaining during my visit.
Elijah was also a breath of fresh air. He answered questions that came to mind while Turo was in the back getting my new phone. He also kept me entertained while my phones were transferring over. Both gentlemen were a 10/10 and I highly recommend both of them.

Dalton hooked me up with a great deal, with patience and professionalism. Best AT&T experience to date, and I've been using them off and on almost 20 years. So glad I switched from that Metropolitan brand. He found even a better deal for me than my military discount. Highly recommended.

I was there yesterday to pay my mother's phone, if you have to wait the employees should be nice enough to say, tomorrow would be a better day to come and pay something instead of making you wait for awhile. Usually I get seen pretty quickly when I go pay my mom's phone. But even the employee as I was walking out apologize for how long it was taking them.

I recently had the opportunity to visit AT&T 312 on HIGHWAY Z to order an Apple Watch Ultra 2. I was greeted by Elijah. I didn’t have an appointment, I was a walk in and they were relatively busy but I had time. Elijah was extremely patient and very helpful. He was able to locate problems with my account that I was not even aware of. He fixed the issues (which I didn't come in for) and explained in detail what was happening. I was able to order the exact watch that I wanted and he extended the offer for me to come back in upon delivery for assistance in setting it up. He went above and beyond and I appreciate his attention to detail and thoroughness.

Dustin at AT&T in St.Robert is very knowledgeable and helpful every time we go in the store. The other employees are always helpful if Dustin is tied up with another customer.

I was met as I walked in by a very helpful young man named James. I was unable to get my upgrade because it was too early but he sat me down and explained everything so that I understood.
