“I would give 6 stars if I could! On a road trip from Illinois to Texas, our check engine light came on. With it being Memorial Day, every mechanic that we called was closed for the holiday. We stumbled upon Mad Hatter Performance and gave them a call. Geoffrey answered and said they were closed but he would be willing to help us out. Him and his son spent their afternoon off working on our vehicle and got us back on the road. He even messaged us later to make sure we made it home alright. Stand up guys who were very knowledgeable when it came to getting what we needed. Couldn’t recommend them enough.”

“I was driving to Springfield and an 18-wheeler’s tire blew and I ran over the shredded tire on Highway 44. My car made some weird noises so I got off the highway and took my car here.
They immediately put my car on the lift and looked under the bottom. There were a few loose pieces of metal that they fixed right away. I asked how much it cost and they didn’t charge me and wouldn’t let me pay. They were the most friendly mechanic I’ve ever been to. Great service , totally prop, and an all around great experience. I highly recommend them!”
“We've been quite literally spinning our wheels in the hunt for the perfect vehicle, overwhelmed by online options without seeing in person, so decided to swing by here on a whim. Next thing I know, Jessie is taking us in like we're family and, we also joined the family thanks to her! I truly can't express how easy this process was. The loan officer helped me see my payment and interest rate options, and even ran more when I didn't like the initial ones. Eric was the sales consultant, and he was excellent. He wasn't pushy, but just helped me understand my options and navigate them. There were no pushy up-front agreements, and the experience was very relaxed. I'm pleased with everything, and am loving my new car.”

“Absolutely the best service all around that we’ve had in a long time. We hit a deer so we went through our insurance company, they recommended Joes so they sent all our info to Joes then Joes contacted me and it was the smoothest and easiest thing I’ve ever done. Through the whole process they stayed in contact with us and fought for us to get the new parts our new truck needed. They even went out of their way to help us with our rental. We’ve decided whatever our truck needs in the future we’ll take it to back to Joes.”
