I had the worst experience with Boost, both phone customer service and the local Boost store. The Boost store took advantage of the age of my Mom to sell her an upgraded phone, when it was obvious she couldn't operate the original phone she had, due to her Parkinsons. The upgraded phone was too difficult for her to understand and then it stopped working. She went into the local store to return it and close her account. They told her they couldn't help her and to call this number. She has gone to this store for years and instead of explaining the process to an obviously ill, 80 year old woman, they just hustled her out with a phone number. She finally called me in tears and highly distressed from being shuffled from one person to another on the phone customer service because they couldn't understand her. I finally got on the phone myself and began my own customer service shuffle with the result being that they canceled the auto-pay, but didn't close her account. Shame on this company.
