Hometown (niche is below 10k population) chain gas station with hot food deli. Breakfast pizza is a must-try. Gas charges more now as they have southern market expansion (buyouts/remodel and new builds).

We just went here to charge our Tesla and they had a large selection of snacks and quick, hot/cold eats and drinks. Restrooms were clean and easily accessible.
