My loan originator told me last minute we needed this document so I came in frantic. Mardro took my request seriously and went through all the avenues to make sure I left with the documents needed. He is very kind and very thorough with his explanations of what he is doing! I used to work at NFCU so I have an eye for wonderful MSRs and Mardro is definitely one of those!
