“Solid Weight Room but the it was cold in there. Extremely cold, it genuinely hurt my hands to lift those dumbbells. Also the showers are good but the water was cold to. Nothing wrong with a polar plunge.”
“In my top 3 of gyms in the area! Multiple machines. The gym for legs, the new equipment inspires all fitness levels! The wide open flooring creates a garden for the imagination!”

“Nice quiet gym. It is a smaller gym but the people you see in there are serious about working out. There isn't a bunch of people goofing off and standing around. Great gym to get in and get a workout and then move out.”
“Awesome new rogue equipment, good gym if your into powerlifting, calisthenics and cross fit style workouts. If you do bodybuilding style workouts I recommend Swift, Davidson and Specker.”
“Really nice gym with an indoor track over the basketball courts, a pool, weight room, etc. They sell drinks that the front desk. They do require an ID. The only bad point is the water tastes like metal, but that’s an issue everywhere on Ft. Leonard Wood.”

“This gym has totally changed my routine! The equipment is top-notch, and the group classes keep things exciting. Plus, the trainers really know their stuff and are always there to help out. I'm feeling stronger already!”
“Home away from home - I move around a lot and have been a member at 5 other CrossFit gyms over the years - safe to say this is the best community I’ve experienced. Coaches are super knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The programming is brilliant - varied and challenging and they always provide good scaling options. Will always come back when I visit and would highly recommend coming here whether your new to fitness or a proficient athlete already!”
