However, some concerns about privacy were raised, as face recognition monitors are used at entry and checkout, which some find invasive. There was also some confusion about tool placement, such as copper sweating tools being located near lumber rather than plumbing. On the positive side, delivery services are efficient, with early morning deliveries handled promptly and professionally, demonstrating a strong work ethic. Too many automated registers, but its a corporate policy. I want the cash register attendants, they are faster and less stressful than computers. Great local staff, helpful in the aisles but Lowes has horrible corporate policies. St Robert/Waynesville needs a small town hardware store, hire away from Lowes their staff.

Absolutely amazing. Love how clean this location is. Crystal in the garden center was absolutely sweet and very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to me picking out flowers for my garden this year. P.s. bonnie the garden cat is perfect
