Extremely Disappointed – Would Give Zero Stars If I Could
This business, located just outside the gates of Fort Leonard Wood, is blatantly taking advantage of our Soldiers and their families. Their pricing is not only overpriced but also wildly inconsistent. They advertise one rate, but depending on the technician’s mood or who they’re servicing, the price can fluctuate by anywhere from $5 to $40 for the exact same service—from day to day and from person to person.
In one instance, when I respectfully questioned the quality of the service I was receiving—especially given the high cost—the technician abruptly stood up and yelled, “Get someone else to do them.” Sadly, this wasn’t an isolated event. I’ve witnessed similar unprofessional behavior from staff at LV Nails toward other patrons who dared to question the service. That level of disrespect is absolutely unacceptable.
It’s clear this business sees its patrons—including our military community—not as valued customers, but as easy sources of profit. Their actions reflect a focus on money over integrity, exploiting both Soldiers and civilians without regard.
This business has certainly changed for the worse.
It’s disheartening that such a place is allowed to operate in our community, treating people with blatant disregard and disrespect. We deserve better.
I strongly urge others to take their business elsewhere—where they are respected and treated with fairness.

Got my toes done here and now I’m left with a nail fungus. My first time ever going there and it will be the last time. I would not recommend this place to nobody.

I have gone to this nail place for years, but it’s slowly gone down hill. Today was my final straw. I went in for a pedicure. Bc my last experience wasn’t so great, i thought maybe if i upgraded to a higher package that would maybe improve the service. Not at all. The skinnier build very young man did my service (unfortunately Jimmy wasn’t available, i request him bc he always takes his time and provides great service)
My entire service: remove gel off toes, soak, scrub, clippings, “massage”, hot towel thrown on my legs and walked away, along with gel to my toes was ALL COMPLETE IN 17 minutes from the time i arrived. I made a comment to him that that was the quickest $60 pedicure I’ve ever received. And his response was “do you normally come here?”
I verified i received the upgraded pedicure as well, and he didn’t respond just walked away and moved on.
This is just disappointing and feels like i was jipped to pay $60 for a service to not even get close to what it should be. 20 minutes is a pedicure that i could well do at home.
I’m a local resident and small beauty business owner so i know what it’s like to service the public and more so having someone write a bad review. I never do this but i just wanted someone to be aware. There are several other places in the area, and unfortunately I won’t be come back, as a client here since 2007. :(

Well my girl kyla did it again! She did amazing on my nails 💅🏽 10/10! She is so quick and efficient! She makes sure my wants and needs are met every time I request her! She is my favorite nail tech worth every penny! She is so freaking sweet and never makes me feel uncomfortable. I can’t always get my nails done but when I do she always goes above and beyond 🥰🤍 please go check her out!! What I asked for vs what I got!!!

I was very upset since I got nails for my granddaughter.... it was suppose to be 35$ acrylic nails but ended up choosing me 55$... apparently u pay more for 2 colors and the shape of the nail... but I didn't know that....I will not be back. They don't communicate.

Toni was very nice and professional, she took her time doing my gel manicure and really went out of her way to help me find a color that meets Navy standards. Cash only, has an ATM inside, small shop, great prices, and good service.

It sucks, they only take cash, it’s overpriced for the service you get. Same price you pay you can get more in any other state. Techs are not good with their work and terrible attitude and literally will talk about you to other techs.
