Ordered passport photos. Was told it would be ready in 5 minutes. Arrived in person to pick them up TWENTY (20) minutes later. I also called 5 minutes before to let them know I was on my way. The guy up front, David, rudely informed me it wasn't ready and that he "just found out" his photo printer wasn't working. I asked why he didn't call me to let me know. After all, I called them 5 minutes before I arrived and no one had mentioned "faulty equipment". He rudely told me again "I just found out". This company treats and talks to their their customers like little kids. Save yourself the trouble. Go buy an inkjet or laser printer at Walmart and print your own items.

David helped me. Super fast. 5$ to print some pages from Email. Convenient because FLW was shut down form light snow.

Very unprofessional. They do not provide any sort of receipt for shipping prepaid packages. Then when you comment on their policy they are rude about it. You're better off using Dollar General for FedEx drop offs. At least Dollar General will provide electronic tracking receipts.

Very rude young guy. Asked for. A receipt and he said they dont give tbem. I said rolla does and he said well then take it to rolla then. Wish the owner was there.

Note "authorized outlet" not access point or ups store. They charge a $5 fee to receive your package. Use the place on Marshall instead. They're free.

The team at this Mailbox It have come through for me on fast turn around print jobs on multiple occasions when the UPS Store could not. Very positive staff. Thank you!
