Richard was very helpful to check my washer fluid and recommend the correct winterized type and even assisted to put it in for me. I was here visiting from out of state and appreciate the kindness he offered. He also called another store to ask if they would check my tire pressures as my light came on. He went above and beyond. Thank you so much. I highly recommend.

Customer service the way it used to be. I had a warranty issue in a different state and needed a copy of my receipt . Dakota took care of me and even called to let me know when he sent it to my local NAPA. Outstanding! Well done.

Bronson is amazing, hands down. My husband’s battery went out in the middle of turning into a parking lot and we were stuck in the oncoming traffic lane. Bronson went out of his way to see if we needed help and then grabbed jumper cables to help us. He then tested our battery and had us follow him to NAPA so we could buy a new battery. Truly a blessing, he saved our entire Saturday.
