Extremely Nice prior to signing our lease however, after we signed our lease and were then locked in to their contract they proceeded to conduct almost bi weekly showings of the house we were renting to try and sell it. This became extremely difficult for my wife and I and when we tried to reason with the company and explain that the invasion to our privacy was becoming unreasonable. They simply quoted the terms of the lease stating that they only needed to provide 24 hour notice. They then stated that if we didnt comply they would simply give a key to the person wanting to view the house and they could let themselves in. LET THEMSELVES INTO OUR RENTAL PROPERTY, WITH OUR POSSESSIONS AND VALUABLE ITEMS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GO ELSEWHERE

Our realtor has went out of her way to help us find repairmen, etc..anything we think we need to get our house in tip top shape she has helped and took time to be there to supervise when we couldnt. I have never delt with anyone so kind. This isnt just a job for our realtor. She actually cares enough to help.

Brenda Rothbauer is amazing! She was with us every step of the way during the selling process! Excellent communication, very quick to return calls or texts. She worked very hard to make sure we had the best value for our money when the inspection produced needed repairs. I would HIGHLY recommend her to be your realtor!

We used Misty Bias as our realtor. Misty is an incredible agent and person. She went above and beyond for us every step of the way. My husband is active duty military and we are currently stationed overseas, so we bought sight unseen. We have never met Misty in person but trust her wholeheartedly and recommend her to everyone. She is honest and will always have your best interest at heart. She replied to messages and emails within minutes or a couple hours (depending on the time difference). We signed using a POA and she did everything in her power to make it as smooth as possible. She went out to see houses in person for us, sent us many pictures and videos so we knew exactly what the house/property looked like and what to expect. We must have asked her a million questions, about several houses, and she always had an answer or was quick to find out if she didn't know something for sure. I cannot say enough good thing about Misty. If you use her as your agent just know that you are in the best hands. We are proud and happy homeowners thanks to Misty!
