The office is located conveniently outside of the main gate of FLW. The staff are extremely helpful by explaining all locations, utilities, and nearby amenities. Will recommend for future active duty members in the area.

As a Homeowner, I'm glad to see tenants are held accountable. It's unfortunate to see so many negative reviews from people who cant take care of something that's not theirs or take accountability for their poor actions. Watson & Associates were voted best Property Managers two years in a row for a reason!!!
