Rob was excellent! Very easy to work with and accommodating. Rented furniture for a short term stay at Ft. Leonardwood. Great quality and great service.

This place is horrible if you have a problem with your item they will not replace it for months then expect you to pay for replacing item even though I pay extra for the replacement insurance. I recommend don't ever rent from them . their staff is unreliable an untrustworthy.

The store and workers used to be amazing, but now I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Services have plummeted & they can't keep their word on anything. You will get told one thing to make the sale & the contract will state something else, so make sure to read the whole thing before signing. I was with them since it was Gateway up until the 1st of Oct 2024. Just be cautious if you decide to use them.
